Refund policy

RETURNS (standard policy)

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. A Return Authorization label must be requested within 14 days of the orders delivery date. After the return is sent, the item must be shipped back to our return address within 7 days. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Any returns received that do not comply at the terms above may be denied at the discretion of The Hip Hop Shop. Returns received at our address more than 30 days past the delivery date are non-refundable unless delayed by the shipping company. The Hip Hop Shop reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges after more than 1 exchange shipment of credited merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of USA Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that do not have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees. Customers must pay brokerage fees, taxes and all shipping costs.
